Philippe LECLERE
Teaching
Philippe LECLERE has teaching activities in the field of materials physics and chemistry (bachelor and master degrees), lasers, physics of surfaces and interfaces, and nanotechnologies (in master degree).
Research
Philippe LECLERE develops activities in the field of materials and in particular in the field of plastic electronics (field-effect transistors, light-emitting diodes, organic and hybrid solar cells, batteries). He is an expert in Scanning Probe Microscopy and uses these experimental techniques for characterizing the nanoscale mechanical and electrical properties of materials (polymers, hybrid systems, and nanocomposites). The applications are mainly in the field of energy conversion and energy storage systems by combining (hybrid) photovoltaic cells, piezo- and flexoelectrical devices, and batteries on flexible and deformable substrates.
