Sabine Soetewey is the Quality Manager for UMONS and Head of the Study, Quality, Indicators, and Steering (EQuIP) department. In this role, she contributes to the development of an integrated quality policy within the institution's governance framework. Within UMONS, she collaborates with her team to provide support for curricula in external evaluations, assist in surveys, aid in defining indicators and dashboards, and contribute to the availability of measures and statistics. In addition to her managerial responsibilities, Sabine serves as a representative of the university in various forums related to her areas of expertise. She has been in her current role since 2014, having previously worked as a researcher in educational sciences, focusing on science education and the management of compulsory education. She continues to share insights and experiences at different conferences, maintaining an active role in communicating best practices.
