Teaching
Veronique Feldheim teaches in the field of heat transfer (thermal engineering) and heat transfer in buildings to the bachelor's in engineering and bachelor's in engineering - architectural engineering. For the master's students, she covers the following fields: HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and solar energy (master's in Mechanical Engineering or in Architectural Engineering - specialist focus on power engineering or option Energy).
Research
Veronique Feldheim has research activities in the field of energy performance in buildings and in radiative heat transfer. She is vice-president of the Energy research center at UMONS and leads different research programmes related to "Energy and Buildings" inside the research center. She is promotor of different PhD in the field of buildings physics (simulation of thermal bridges, ground coupled heat exchanger, simplified modelling of buildings, solar thermal collectors).
