Véronique Moeyaert has her main research interests in the physical layer performance estimation of optical and electrical transmission systems, either analogue or digital. Particularly, she is working on bi-directional communications over hybrid fibre optic and coaxial (HFC) CATV networks, over radio-over-fiber (RoF) systems and over power line telecommunication (PLC) systems for both the power grid and railway signaling. V. Moeyaert is a member of the TC209 CENELEC/IEC joint standardisation committees.
